I just realized, when it was confirmed that Obito activated his mangekyou sharingan, then is he able to use susanoo'? Or, on another note, why can't he use perfect susanoo'? He has the mangekyou sharingan, the rinnegan, Hashirama's DNA, and also, he's a true Uchiha unlike Kakashi! Thoughts? Positive feedback please!

second he has different ability sets than Sasuke, Itachi, and Madara; it may be that you specifically need at least a small ability in Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi in order to use Susanoo but Sasuke doesn't have Tsukuyomi he has Enton so it may be that you don't but Kishimoto might say that Sasuke has a little Tsukuyomi from the power Itachi put in him or whatever some BS answer like that and Enton is his major ability and beat around the bush like that, but I don't think so I think you just need both MS eyes in order to use Susanoo and Sasuke has Enton and standard Sharingan Genjutsu powered up by MS but not Tsukuyomi because Tsukuyomi can bend the perspective of time and Sasuke's genjutsu can't do that so it's probably just regular Sharingan genjutsu with a boost from his MS.

Dude we don't know if you need both or not, Itachi only said "The third and Final Technique, along with Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu, that awoke within these eyes on that fateful day." No one ever says that you specifically need those techniques we've just seen that people with MS can use it and all the people who have used it so far can use Amaterasu... however we have not seen Madara use any of his single eye MS abilities so he may or may not have Amaterasu but don't count it out yet we don't know all we can see is you probably don't need Tsukuyomi even if you do need Amaterasu.

Seriously though, you really do need Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi to use Susanoo because Kishi obviously banks a lot of his stories on Japanese mythology and those three go together.
