So no to the resurrection part.
If he wanted Sasuke that bad he would keep an eye on him,not let him walk around,stop the edo's that were helping him,resurrect Oro and and let him wander around in Konoha resurrecting past kages.

1: they arent real because its an IDEA
2: just because someone posts an idea doesnt mean it will happen.


A 3rd point is that if someone does post a theory/idea doesnt mean that person knows or wants it to happen.
