The same guy who mastered sage mode,edo tensei, trainned under Oro and almost beat the uchiha bros is weak? And nobody fought for him if your talking about edo tensei that's his power it's jut like a summoning jutsu.



Kabuto was also holding back he was only fighting to capture them if he wanted to kill them he could have just summoned Madara or another edo. Tobi is the strongest villian in the show so them having a hard time aganist them is no surprise to me.
