Why does he have the War Fan? Like what will it be used for? Some type of jutsu? I am not really a manga reader that much btw.
Just wondering because the Japanese War fan is my favourite weapon in history.

Ahh that sounds interestingWell, if you use a fire based jutsu (uchiha's being fire nature inclined) and add more air (the fan) it gets bigger and stronger
