tobi is obito.
TOBI....oBITO(switch around those letters for me and tell me what you get) the reason why obito isnt good is because of the curse mark that oro gave him. turned him into a completetly different person. and the 2nd stage of the curse mark made him grow taller permantely
also kakashis sharingan he got from tobi has the teleporting ability which is the only sharingan that can do that aside from obito's. the reason why tobi can do it so well and not really get affected by it is because hes an uchiha and kakashi is not.
Also another theory
if tobi is not obito. then he must have taken his eye since we have seen the scene where he has about 100 sharingans on a wall. he always leaves his right eye hole in his mask on the right side open. never uses that eye for izanagi. (he tore off his left side of his mask to use is against konan.)
also he only has one eye that can do it. (right) which makes me believe even more that he took the only eye obito had left.
