Since Susanoo can be activated without even having base sharingan activated, I think it's same to assume that you can use Kamui without having MS activated.

i just created a thread needing that answer lol.. But yea, what puzzles me is.. We all know Itachi HAS MS to use those MS techs. wheter it be 3t or not when its activated, we know he has it. Its never been shown for Tobi to have MS. So, my point is.. Does he MS and we just never seen it? or not!?

The guy never lets his sharigan go down. its obvious he has a chakra reserve thats out the roof. Maybe he can spam MS techs as long as he wants, if he has MS. I means its very obvious that he doesnt have a regular 3t sharigan. I dont think ive ever seen someone use a 3t sharigan for other purposes like tobi does. in the thread i just created there is some good theories though.

I don't think going blind in his right eye would stop him from being able to use his jutsu. He can just use his rinnegan for sight. Therefore I believe Tobi has MS. I don't think he can warp with regular sharingan. In the manga, we've never seen his eye in the act of warping. Izanagi shuts the eye permanently. There's a reason Tobi used the left sharingan for izanagi than to just use the right one during his fight with Konan. Itachi said he's the third MS user, the one who helped him with the massacre. Tsukuyomi is an MS jutsu, his plan is infinite tsukuyomi. So if he doesn't have MS now, it will never be accomplished. No one likes Tobi, no one's close to him.
