Tobi's Tattoo

A second ago I had a thought & this thought turned into a question .. Let me get straight to the point.

During the battle between Minato & Tobi, Tobi is marked with the seal of the "Flying Thunder God Technique" (As shown below).

You must be registered for see images

My question is .. Is this marking permenanent?

If it is then it will possibly pay a huge role in the battle that's currently underway (FYI Tobi vs Naruto/Guy/Kakashi)

I think once he teleport to the marking, it is released/removed.

i dont think so. i mean he put one on bee too when he fought against him and the raikage and we never saw that one again. so i doubt its permanent

I recall someone posting something abaut this mark before but people insisted that 'Tobis not a retard and got it off somehow'
But I dont really know does it work like a seal or is it just a normal jutsu if it works as a seal then it might still be on Tobis body

When Minato landed hes rasengan on Tobi he marked him aswell I believe page before the one Rinnegan13 linked

I agree completely. I don't think those seals could be permanent. Especially if the user has died/been sealed.
