Tobis statement means Hashirama > EMS Madara > Nagato

Hi, tobi said that sasuke will overcome nagato. now his powerup is the EMS,

true power according to itachi. And since madara had the true power too, the ems, does it mean EMS Madara > Nagato because tobi said that sasuke will come over nagato?

Is it Hashirama > Madara/Sasuke > Nagato, since Hashirama beat EMS Madara and Sasuke is considered by tobi to be come stronger than Nagato?

Hashirama bat EMS madara though sasuke is considered to become stronger than nagato.

kabuto said that no one is on hashiramas level any more, not even mentioned nagato or tobi (he possesses most knowledge due to his tons of researches and experiments for power).

Now when madara used final form of Susanno he didn't use sharingan the rinnigan was still active now if the final form of Susanno actually belongs to EMS madara not EMS plus rinnigan madara then

Yeah what I mean. Madara had the strong eyes, the spiritual energy and the strong chakra.
