Tobis sharingans and plan

Recent manga evident why he collects sharingans. I think they each have the ability to awaken own set of powers. He was looking for the right one, comptabile or was experimenting to see their powers. Thats why he is so interested in sasuke, he wants his sharingan powers as he mentioned that he likes to stockpile good eyes during kage summit.

Also i think there are more secrets to sharingan and tobi plan isn.t simply to caste everyone in genjutsu. He wants to be complete. I dont what manga chapter, naruto question about his plan and tobi answers that he wanted a complete body suggesting there is more to his plan. That the moon eye plan is made up. Tobis true motive is yet to be revealed

i think the part with eyes is true because why would he have so many eyes unless he thinks each sharingan has their own set of powers like obito for example and i doubt the moon eye plan is his true motive maybe it is to make kakashi feel like crap about everything because he has been doing alot of that
