I don't think he can do that anymore, not now that Naruto can counterattack him in speed while he's getting warped. a hit from a chakra arm crushes rock easily. and Naruto can make clones as well.

Tobi still has the upper hand imo, but he will have to use every ounce of his ingenuity if he wants to win this one.
