Well its just a thought since i read predictions of tobi using shinra tensei and all the moves nagato had but i dont think tobi can use them because he only has one rinnegan eye

To me tobi using nagatos moves is kinda like kakashi awakening susanoo( which he cant because it requires both ms eyes)

the fact that the vision is connected is due to the eye itself imo, and i cant think of tobi using any actual rinnegan moves.

id like to know the general consensus on the subject

I don't think having two rinnengans over one is much of a difference or Tobi would take both. They're not like ms where each eye has a specific technique so the more the better, they're like the base sharringan, Kakashi still has all the basic abilities like reading hand seals but only one eye.
