Rasengan, the bug jutsu that works like acid and a thousand paper bombs sounds like more than enough to blow off any arm even if it is made from hashi cells. Those bugs if you get them on you work like amaterasu which, they wont stop until they destroy their target. Rasengan is an A rank jutsu based off of tailed beast ball. Their where hundreds of bombs used by konon, BOMBS what do you expect them to do.
