I believe that now that Tobi is a god, he can use a super genjutsu to make the KH10 to kill Naruto and Sasuke.

Naruto will not want to kill them, but Sasuke wouldn't hesitate.

As Sasuke will be about ready to kill them, Naruto will swoop in and engage sasuke and then tobi will say, "let the cycle of hatred continue."

and then Naruto and Sasuke ahve their final battle as Minato fights the KH11

Sasuke is fighting for his brother and his village. What kind of ideals would allow him to kill the people Itachi died to protect?
