The theory is not pure speculation. its fact filled in with SOME opinion. And i only posted it twice b/c the title of the first thread is gonna get thrown in a tobi prediction thread soon along with a hundred other theories that no one will get thru. I just wanted to be heard

That is not what it meant. Rinnegan can't see the future. Nagato believed in Naruto and believed he could bring peace..
