Tobi's other plan???

Hey guys I stumbled upon this page when I was reading the manga over:

According to Kabuto, he knows about the Moon's Eye Plan, but seems to think tobi won't follow it. Is this a translation error, or is tobi using this war in order to obtain the 10 tails all for himself?

nah...he knows the plan but not in detail...but i guess tobi switched up the plan cuz he has to rush for something....
