Meh, i think Kakashi cant us Kamui much because he dousnt have Uchiha blood. Uchiha has stronger chakra or something.

Tobi called it borrowed power. i think he means a non uchiha wielder cant use its full potential.

Andi f the senju blood would help him then wouldnt he use Rinnegan more?
