Okay so here is the deal I know a bunch of people who don't think tobi has ms yet and I agree this led to me asking questions about how could he use tsukiomi (however u spell it) on the moon without ms and after a lot of thought and me not being able to post immediately I've come up with this
1)Madara and tobi know each other
2)tobi doesn't have ms
3)Madara does
4)what if instead of tobi casting tsukiomi Madara does instead that could possibly be the plan Madara was talking about when he finally was revived
