Well i am just talking base on assumptions, but i belive it makes a lot of sense.
Now as we all heard the jubbi put up a good fight against so6p before going down, and again most of the jubbi's chakra ended up in the hachibi and kurama's bodies which means most of the jubbi's hatred and willpower ended up in the nine and eight tails. Meaning even if tobi manages to capture the kurama and hachibi and completes reviving the juubi he might not be able to tame it just like the sage did, for tobi might have the eyes (rinegan sharingan) but not the body or will power (senju uzumaki) in which the sage has. so in the end tobi still looses anyways g2g... And i'd like to here what you think..

i know tobi is obito but then i think tobi sounds way cooler than obito, obito sounds lame....
