[Discussion] Tobis mastery over the kite.

It seems , that Tobi has a great Mastery over the fan/kite.

Most likely better mastery over it than Uchiha Madara has.


Since the Kite is more older than Uchiha Madara.


It most likely belonged to TES or later descendant.


And Tobi has shown us great great mastery over the Fan/Kite.

Uchiha clan itself is older than Uchiha Madara.

Uchiha Madara was just only a leader at some point in the clans History.

The Younger Son is the Younger Son. What's so hard to figure out? Just because the Elder Son plays a role doesn't necessarily mean the Younger has to as well.

Are you asking about in real life or in the manga? In real life war fans were used so commanders could communicate symbols to their comrades without giving up positions or plans. In the manga it's a symbol of power because the only wielders of it have been incredibly gifted.
