but i dont think its the raikage's jounin....i may be wrong, but i dont see why madara/tobi would use genjutsu on him. also madara is talking with naruto, while it may look like raikage's jounin i agree, but it doesnt quite make sense madara would pop out of nowhere in the middle of their battle. the kages would definitely try to kill him and sasuke at the same time...we all know madara is smarter than that =]
