If you go to page 15 there's like a zetsu looking thing and it's face looks like Tobis mask

personally i think its just a coincidence ....tobi mask was shaped like that as it blended well with his kamui attack....the kamui spins the mask looks like it spins etc....

but i could be wrong but as of now this doesnt point to anything

Yeah I wasn't saying his design was influenced by it in any way I'm just pointing it out,it's coincidence yes or perhaps an Easter egg sort of thing
