If Kakashi's and Tobi's thechniques are the same, can Tobi use Kamui on long rage as Kakashi?

IMO, I think Tobi's MS is meant to be used on himself, while Kakakshi's is meant to be used on others.

i think kakashis is ofensive and tobis is defensive so no tobi cant use it at range

tobi:
-close range + needs to touch what he sucks in with the teleport.
-Can suck himself in the portal.
Both of the above have delay.
-can make himself intangible (instant bodyparts to the dimension)(edit:for 5min max).

Kakashi:
-close and long range, no need to touch what he sucks in with the teleport.
-Not possible to use on himself (at least for now).
Its instant, no delay like tobi has (as seen when kakashi uses it on naruto chapter 598).

Tobi his eye specialises on himself.
Kakashi his eye on teleporting others.

The eyes complement.

It is the basics of MS. The right eye is different from the left.
Example: Itachi's right eye "awakens" amaterasu and his left disperses it.

The same can be said for this situation right now with kakashi/tobi.

Sorry if I get the eye sides wrong but you get the idea.

I'm fairly certain that the eyes have different abilities, with one to be used on yourself and at close range and to get stuff back and the other to be used as a more offensive tech.

They are both Obito's eyes, so they are both seperate MS abilities.

Tobi's one can absorb and extract things out of his eye at close range, While Kakashi's one can do it at long range. If Obito we're to achieve MS and still be alive, he would have been able to use both of them at once.
