Tobi's Inability to use the Rinnegan

I've seen a lot of threads talking about why Tobi won't use his rinnegan paths, and I think this chapter might have been our answer.

Madara says that even if you don't awaken the rinnegan you can still summon the gedo.
This leads me to believe that Tobi can't use the rinnegan because it was transplated into in rinnegan form, and he never actually psychically awakened it. It has just always been there, always active.

Think back to Nagato, he awakened the rinnegan during his hardest moments, even though it was still transplanted in him by Madara. I think Madara knows about some sort of special transplant different form both Kakashi and Obito's.
That may be also why tobi never revived Rin.

no hes mentioned using the rinnegan power to get information from yamato but kabuto suggested it would be better to use drugs and a sharingan

hes not using it because apparently it takes alot of control to use it effectively to keep 7 of the tailed beasts under his rod chakra jutsu

Isn't the jirichins with him ( spelled wrong I know) like the paths nagato had. That's a rinnegan tech

Up until now he didn't use them because just like Gai said, they know the weaknesses of 6 paths jutsu so it would be pointless and waste of chakra to use. Tobi can use the rinnegan just fine that's why he's implanted it. Plus it's more refreshing for the readers if Tobi stuck using his own unique jutsu instead of being Pain version 2 all over again. But when the fight continues he'll probably use the rinnegan to help himself in difficult situations.

Nagato was only able to use it becuase he proboly had more chakra than obito, its proboly what madura saw in nagato that made him want to implant the rinnegan into nagato. I think the gedo-mazo summon has to do with something else than the rinnegan...... You can still use the eyes just fine if you transplanted them, obito can use it just fine..... but he hasn't yet.
