So we know from the anime that tobi had two sharingan eyes one he used izanagi with against konan so :
Which eye he replaced with the rinnegan
Presonally I think it was the izanagi sharingan
So what do you think ? and why would he give up the eye that gives him izanagi unless he can use izanagi with each eye ?

It was his left eye that he replaced with Rinnegan. That is the reason why he choose to use Izanagi on Konan. The Rinnegan is stronger than any known Doujutsu. It must be something he is planning because he choose not to collect and use the second eye of Nagato. Why he placed the Rinnegan in his left eye only is unknown. It must be for his plan. He maybe need the Sharingan (right eye). If his abilities are tied to the Uchiha (Sharingan) or not is still unknown.

actually he did warp. when he first came to the battlefield to retrieve that vessel that contained some of the kyuubi's powers.
its pretty clear that his space jutsu is derived from his right eye. (Hence Kishi drawing attention to the design of the mask, until he retrieved the rinnegan).
Which is why he got rid of the other eye. which was probably a generic sharingan that he collected from the massacre.
