Who else do you think tobi will have in his pocket for a edo summon.
If he really is madara I feel he could summon some of the first Kages excluding hashirama I say this because he was from their time so he would have had knowledge to find their dna's. Who do u think he could also summon as an edo.

Kabuto does the edos.first,second,third,and fourth have all been sealed so they can't be summoned

i actually think he probably used it once just to see if it worked instead of sacrificing people or if he did use it it would probably be some senju people or even one of the sages sons

Tobi also uses it for the jin's and yes I know the hokages are all sealed I said the first Kages not the hokages.

None of the first Kages have been used and hashi is sealed so their is four first Kages that can be used.
