yeah obviously its plot, but if you think about it it doesn't make sense because of what we know about Obito's past.

Kishi ruined Tobi his dead from chapter 599 !

Now we got a pathetic character called Obito who talks alot , has lots of gay speach and kills people cuz his crush died !

Also Obito inteligence is 1 , its just a bad Naruto gone wrong , really really wrong as a character as everything , atleast Naruto knows geting "high" to see you imaginary firends is the dumbest thing you can do.....

I always thought that Tobi would be Obito until kishi tried to spice things up with the whole madara thing. I think kishi actually confused himself because there are still issues he didn't address such as Obito controlling yagura, the uchiha clan massacre and even how Obito survived the boulder in the first place.

Did you always tought Obito will be this lame ? or that he will have such a retarded background and motive ?

Obito's flashback will be explained and we already know Madara had the set up when he said you will be back , somehow only madara will get points in that flashback , obito will go like i did not know that god damit i must be a retard

I had no idea that Obito would be the man behind akatsuki, i thought he would just be another member and keep his good boy character and be pyschologically scared by what happened to him. I didn't think his motive would be this lame, that he just cared for Rin, i though the Obito from kakashi gaiden also cared about kakashi just as equally. I do find Obito annoying how he always talks about kakashi being trash, despite him being a hypocrite and abandoning kakashi. But we still don't know how or why Rin died, which will be a key part in whether I think Obito is justified.

Obito can't justifie a thing even if you see how rin that will not have a logic response for obito's motive

True, especially if you compare what Obito went through in comparison with Itachi/Sasuke.

Honestly i noticed the same exact thing watching the anime recently and i was like wtf??? I guess it was all just to fool us though....*shrugs*

His entry into akatsuki really makes absolutely no sense if you consider the fact Nagato should have already known who Obito was and there would be no reason for him to have to "join" an organization he technically created....

Other than plot, the only real explanation is that Obito established with Nagato and Zetsu how to treat him before he made his debut. What I mean by that is before he joined Akatsuki as Tobi, Obito told Zetsu and Nagato to treat him like a new recruit with no respect for his elders. Essentially, this introduction could be considered practice for how Zetsu was supposed to act around Tobi. Obviously Nagato treated him like his underling when Tobi tangled with Deidara, than later treats him with respect behind closed doors.

Again, other than plot, the only real explanation is that this scene was practice for how Zetsu was supposed to act around Tobi when other Akatsuki might have been watching.

Given that Tobi debuted over 7 years ago and it's within the last 2 years that Zetsu was shown to be part of Obito, it's also possible Kishi decided to add that in later because he himself didn't know he would be putting that in.
