I Think That Tobi's Body Is Compose Of Pure And Infinite Chakra..Remember That Tobi Before Mentioned That His Ability Is Something To Do With His Chakra..Maybe He Can Make This Chakra Disperse Or Make This Vanish Into Thin Air Just Like The Moment When Shino Attacked Him With The Bugs..They Keep Sucking Tobi's Chakra But It Just Vanished..Another Is That He Can Make His Chakra Be Pure Solid..Just Like The Moment When He Blocked Suigetsu's Sword Attack With Only One Hand..And Thus Having That Kind Of Body Can Make Him Travel Into Great Distances More Faster Than The Fourth..Its Like He Can Make His Chakra Flow And Travel Like Speed Of Light.

I doubt it, if he was made up of chakra, you would be able to tell.
Bijuu are made up of chakra, that's why they look all beastly and misty.
If Madara was made up of infinite chakra, no doubt Kakashi and Neji would have sensed some sort of other-worldly chakra presence from some distance away.

What im saying is that its not a bijuu chakra..even though..even the kyuubi tells that madara has more sinister chakra than its own..maybe his body is made out of chakra or something..thats why byakugan can always detect tobi.

good example is that when shino uses bugs on tobi..and tobi just vanished..then sakura and friends complied that maybe thats a teleportation jutsu and shino speaking its not a teleportation jutsu..infact if it was the bugs would have detect it because its just a high speed movement..then kakashi stated that his jutsu is more advance than the forth then yamato stated as if tobi can cease to exist..maybe he can just disperse his ownself composing of chakra into thin air..making him intangeble and to move fast and freely

The reason Shino's bugs couldn't detect Madara is because Madara doesn't teleport, he uses a space/time jutsu to INSTANTLY get him from point A to point B.
This is shown when he uses his jutsu to instantly get to the Akatsuki HQ.
