Tobis and his closest friend Kisame

Kisame is the only friend tobi fully trusts

Kisame is known as a tail less bijuu
Tobi (i like to call him zero) takes a liking to the tail less bijuu kisame

Why do you guys think tobi didn't share his identity to anyone else? Could he just find 1 person to share his identity?

Kisame has been revealed his identity, why not anyone else?

Zetsu was closer but kisame was similar to him in that he realised this reality was "hell" in a way he told him he was uchiha madara and obito said ok I will show you and then he told him his plans and kisame liked the idea of it and wanted a world like that to.

Zetsu is not close to Tobi.

Zetsu is Madara's pawn. He was a watchdog for Madara. Not a best friend for Obito.

Kisame was Obito's only true friend. Zetsu still is only a tool that Tobi uses when needed.
