The only reason naruto beat them becuase he was fully informed of all the six paths powers. Look at J-man he was a legendary sannin and died to the Paths, why because he didnt know.

Tobi has already shown he can wield the 6 paths far more effectively than Nagato, without the aid of multiple chakra rods embedded in his back and with only a single chakra rod embedded in the jinchuriki (which may not be due to superior skill I admit, it could in part be made easier as they are IWR zombies plus they have sharingan as well as rinnegan, making his linked vision even better at seeing every aspect of his opponents moves). Nagato always traded blows with his opponents as the 6 paths, rarely using them all in conjunction- he preferred to hold paths back from the fight presumably to observe the situation and let him focus on 1-3 paths at a time. Tobi on the other hand has unleashed all 6 paths at once in a series of debilitating moves leaving Naruto and Bee no oppurtunity to defend or counter... they will escape the battle if they are lucky.

Only Sasuke has a chance to defeat them because he now has the EMS, so unlimited susano'o with Itachi's spirit weapons... not even the tailed beasts can beat that defence/offence.

Unfortunately Tobi now can use all of Rinnegan's power plus his own as well.. Meaning Nagato's path don't stand a chance..
