Tobiramas usage of Hirashingiri and Hirashin theory

I think Tobirama used seals for his FTG because when Minato slashed Obito he wondered if Minato marked him. Which means he had knowledge that the technique requires the seal to teleport.
I dont think he applied the seals to his weapons or kunais like Minato did, but I do think he manually had to put the seal on where he wanted to go like how Minato did to Killer Bee and seeing how he was good at kenjutsu he probably would mark people while fighting them to follow up with a quick slash like he did to Izuna.

you don't need sealing tech knowledge to use s/t jutsus, at the very least, it's not hinted in any way.

I wouldnt say Minatos is better at FTG than Tobirama Minatos is just more efficient with Minato having the kunais and him being physically faster than him.
