I don't think anyone else has shown that much piercing power with a suiton attack. So I think its kind of obvious to assume that his suiton is the strongest, in regards to strength.

Also, I'm pretty sure his water dragon is bigger than Mei's due to the fact that he has huge amounts of chakra. And plus just look at the Jukai Kouton Hashirama did against the Hiruzen compared to the one his clones can do (big enough to lead the Juubi's TBBs). So lets be honest, we can easily multiple his suiton attacks shown by 10 times or 20 times. (but this is just speculation).



But yea so far personally he has the STRONGEST suiton in regards to his water attacks having power. The guy could easily pierce through Kisame's attacks (except the one Kisame used against Gai) and mei's water dragons.

Wanking reached its peak when OP tried to convince us that Tobirama was summonned by Oro at 5% of his power, which is ridiculous.

The Suiton ranking is Mei>Kisame>others. And while I'll understand when ppl say Kisame>Mei, since it's debatable IMO, Tobirama may not be even top 3. Just deal with it.
