I am very, very biased t'words Tobirama, so I would like some people to try and guess on what his stat should be for the databook. Hype is allowed.
Ninjutsu: 5 ----- People say he was the best water style user ever, might have Minato's level of S/T Jutsu, and created Edo Tensei. Could create pools of water out of thin air.
Taijutsu: 4 ----- In his fight with the hokage after he was edo'd, he looked not so great. But Orochimaru's Edo Tensei at the time was not that great, so his skill should increase.
Genjutsu: 4 ----- In the anime, it was shown that he could use the Bringer of Darkness, but nobody here likes the anime apparently. He also knew alot about the Uchiha, so I guess he was able to at least dis-spell some genjutsu they could use.
Intelligence: 3.5 ----- When he was Edo'd back to life, he did not assess the situation at hand, and thought he could break Orochimaru's control of him. If he did assess the situation before (not after he got controlled again), he would have realized that Orochimaru was made up of Hashirama cells.
Strength: 5 ----- Did anyone see what he did to that wall? I don't think he even used chakra to bust it like that.
Speed: 4-5 ----- With S/T Jutsu, he should be relatively fast. The slowest I think he could be is 4, due to the S/T Jutsu boost.
Stamina: 5 ----- This is just an assumption, but I think he thought he could take Sasuke. After he took care of Sasuke, he still had 2 more opponents in mind. Orochimaru, and Madara. Albeit he would have help after he beat Orochimaru, he still would have to contribute. So this must meen he is VERY confident in his stamina.
Hand Seals: 5 ----- 44 Hand Seals are needed to use the Technique: Water Dragon Bullet Jutsu by Zabuza Momochi, a skilled Water Style user. Tobirama only needs 1 Hand Seal to complete the technique.
