Tobiramas Space Time Technique is similar to Kamui

Hello everyone, this thread is about the 2nd Hokage Tobiramas Space Time Ninjutsu might have been. Now I know we havent seen much of him except when he fought in the Chunin Exams. Now this theory is based on some hints in the manga but mainly speculation. Now the beggining for the beggining of this I will go back to when Minato is fighting Obito. Now when he fights him he states certain things that are important.

Now when Minato says that his techniques far exceed the 2nd hokages and his own it means that he recognizes the type of space time tecniques that he uses. Now Kamui from what we know is one jutsu yet it has two functions for Obito. It can create an opening in space to release or suck in the matter in which he chooses.

Now when it comes to Minato's Space Time Ninjutsu and Obito's the similarity is that they can both travel to separate areas at great distances. The other ability Obito has with Kamui is being able to make his body intangible by teleporting his body or body parts to dimension with Kamui.

Now why would Minato have stated that Obitos S/T techniques exceed both his and the second? He wouldn't need to if he had never heard of such a thing before. But then again he might have read the scroll or scrolls left by the previous kage. Now these next panels are interesting

Now what Mizuki says about the scroll that it contains forbidden ninjutsu and that it was used to seal up Naruto. So the scroll had Naruto's key and it also shows that not only the 1st hokage put forbidden jutsu in their the second and third must have as well. It could explain Minato being able to recogize Obitos S/T ability similar to the 2nd Hokages S/T techniques. Tobirama might have put his knowledge of S/T as well as Edo Tensei(which could explain Orochimaru perfecting it). I believe that the 2nd hokages S/T was another dimension and could also explain his excellent use in water techniques. He can have it stored somewhere else and unleash it elsewhere. Also it could also explain why he used less hand seals with his techniques.

Now this is only a theory and we wont know until we are shown what he can do but just from what we have read this is the possibility I have come up with when it comes to the 2nd's S/T. Now it might not be exactly like Kamui my theory is that it is similar. Please leave comments if you wish

I'm guessing Tobirama's S/T techniques were more like Jiraiya and Orochimaru's S/T techniques. After all, he did create Impure World Reincarnation so Minato could have just been talking about that jutsu

well similar is very vague... pigs are similar to cows in that they can both be eaten. but they are very different animals. tobirams s/t jutsu is probably very similar to kamui in that it can move you, but multiple part jutsu and thats probably the only similarity

Premise is a bit strange. Hirudora far exceeds Gentle Fist, though both are Taijutsu, it doesn't mean that they are related or even similar. (But wait! Hinata made Twin Lion Fist! Not too far from Afternoon Tiger! hahah no.)

Maybe. Or maybe he just thought it was better because minatos jutsu was probably a derivative
of the 2nds T/S jutsu and obitos was far more advanced because he never indicated familiarity
