Tobirama is too old. Tsunade was at most thirteen to fifteen when he died. Plus Minato was considered the youngest hokage, being in his early twenties. So if he was Tobirama's son he would have been at least in his thirties when he became hokage. I say if anything he is the son of Tsunade and Dan. However only time would tell.
