Tobirama is vicious and is a hot head as we all saw in the past two mangas, however I do not think that he is evil, I think that he just wants to do whatever is in the best interest for the leaf village. Tobirama is the type of shinobi that is kind and friendly with his friends but has no patience or tolerance with the Uchiha's or any one that may pose a threat to the leaf village. I think it's good that Tobirama wants to protect the leaf village as much as he can, but Tobirama's mentality and shinobi who share his mentality is what keeps on fueling the cycle of hatred.

Tobirama is kind, it was shown in the Danzo flashback, but when it comes to the village he is straight down the line. Can you honestly blame him for how he is acting - all his suspicions and fears have been validated all at once. What has tobirama learnt in the last 5 minutes of chatting?
- The uchiha clan as he predicted attempted a coup that would have cause massive damage to the leaf
- Uchiha madara is currently trying to destroy all Shinobi and the ninja world
- A uchiha with MS (and thus crazy brain chakra) is working with the man that previously summoned him to destroy the village and is also thinking of destroying the village himself
