Tobirama was 2nd Hokage

Tobirama raised Hiruzen who became 3rd Hokage.

Hiruzen raised Tsunade (5th Hokage) and Orochimaru (who was suppose to be 4th Hokage) then Jiraiya (who was suppose to be 5th Hokage.)

Jiraiya then raised Minato (the actual 4th Hokage) who then raised Kakashi (the 6th Hokage).

Kakashi raised Naruto, the 7th Hokage.

Everyone from Tobiramas lineage in each generation after the next became Hokage or was slated to be Hokage at one point.

Conclusion? Tobiramas lineage shits on Madaras (and everyone else's) and is the most accomplished. Not surprising though for the man who invents everything he did and invented the fur coat swag.

Tobirama is the one who instructed Hashirama to not be a dictator. He couldn't just promote Madara to be Hokage because he wanted to, the village ahd to be a democracy and people needed to vote.

Yea you are right on that. Hashirama was never Hiruzen's "teacher" like Kakashi was to Naruto. That was always Tobirama's spot. Tobirama was their "sensei". Hashirama to Hiruzen would be like how Tsunade was to Naruto.

You are mistaking Hashirama allowing Tobirama to be "boss" with, him actually being the boss. The academy/ village and etc and the GOKAGE meeting was all Hashirama's ideas.

Thats why Tobirama considers Hashirama to be the superior Hokage. =].
