Hey guys i was just reading the The Birth of Naruto manga and it shows Mito Uzumaki and Tobirama married so i wanted to know did they have any children?

okay, hashirama, the first hokage was married to mito and they must have had kids since he is tsunade's grandfather. Tobirama is hashirama's younger brother who would become the second hokage, we dont really know anything about him
