I theorized earlier that it could be a slash that cuts through space and time if it was a space time tech at all
Minato could of still been referring to edo tensei or ST that involved suiton ninjustu.
Now looking more closely at it,it resembles the Hiten Mitsurugi-ryū style.

Its clairvoyance like nature could of made up for the sharingan.

and if you dont, just always use Sharingan
