- Hashirama : best mukton user .................. well he is the only user but still the best at it lol.

Kisame can even transform to get the best out of his suiton abilities. It's his main, it doesn't seem to be the same for tobirama.

tobirama is awesome though just not best at suiton.

i edited my post, anyways by "feats" alone the hokage's weren't considered much a while ago, which is far from true looking at what they are currently doing.

it's not just about the hype, but it's also about his status/position in the story so it's not really that crazy to call a HOKAGE that best at something that he does.

Most of Tobirama's suiton 'hype' stem from the fact that he used a 42 handseal Suiton technique with only one handseal in a severely weakened condition (Just note the difference of Hashirama's Mokuton in Sarutobi fight and in Madara fight .... it shld give an idea) .....

Re-read the manga. They are huge. 1000 sharks are not accurate, but take up so much space you can barely dodge. Same with WD. AoE is Kisame's thing.

That's just the way Kisame takes advantage of his large chakra pools. He knows he can amass huge amounts of water, that doesn't mean he's not pinpoint or accurate. He's an S rank ninja, of course his water jutsu's will be accurate, he just doesn't need them to be when he can just overwhelm his opponents with lots of water.
