I doubt that 2nd hokage TOBIRAMA..must be killed by Madara's plan...as he was alive...might be possible that tobirama did not realize that it was actuly madara who killed him....there were mistery about his death..and also i doubt that TObirama experimented on Hashirama's DNA..and research on him...and all that data used by oro and kabuto....Madara had done the same thing as tobirama did...might be possible that Madara had collected all that after 1st hokage died for saving some one ...Mito was alive and become jinchuriki...Hashirama won the fight against Madara because one of the page suggest where he said to Kyubi that...your power is awesome and i can not allow you to roam free...so hashirama captured kyubi after defeating madara...and Madara had done fight to check his level against hashirama...he did fight to awaken his eyes further to RINNEGAN...but after achieving rinnegan ...he had no life force so he used hashirama's dna and grew his cells underground for living and achieving his goals of tsukoyomi....But i feel like tobirama was surely died not by ginkaku or kinkaku but somewhere sure madara had parted in his death....

just thoughts...i might be wrong....feel free and put your thought and theory if have....

The problem with all these "Tobirama/Hashirama were killed by Madara" theories is that Tobirama is a sensor who can sense people's chakra from many miles away. He can even sense Madara's exact chakra in another country. So the idea Madara could go sneaking around attacking him and Hashirama doesn't really work, because wouldn't Tobirama have sensed him in the process?

There are several facts wrong here, Madara only achieved the Rinnegan at the end of his natural life long after Tobirama died in the first war. Said Rinnegan was not achieved at the end of the fight between him and Hashirama. Hence all of this was just plain wrong.
