Just a quick thread to highlight that Tobirama has quite a large pool considering he isn't a Jin or a transmigrant.

First off; Hashirama noted that the volume of chakra of both halves of the Kyuubi was comparable to his own:

Now, with the barrier up, Hashirama was limited to creating five clones...

...and for Tobirama, two clones.

You must be registered for see images

This means the capacity of their chakra after a considerable amount has been dedicated to the barrier, Tobirama has 40% of the amount of Hashirama's chakra, or close to half of the Kyuubi.

Which isn't a stretch, considering he was able to teleport the two halves of the Kyuubi + a giant Senjutsu Bijuudama.

Actually, you are wrong, they were not 17+. . . first he created five, one of them got destroyed by Madara, and then six more. Meaning, while maintaining the barrier, he had 10 clones. :yeah:
