Tobirama reached the bomb even before MINATO did, who was a lot closer to it... AND THAT WAS WITHOUT USING FTG... THAT WAS A SUNSHIN, BASE SPEED, HE DIDN'T USE FTG FOR THAT.. PROOF?

Tobirama used a NORMAL SUNSHIN (BASE SPEED) to get to the bomb, and he even did it with a clone, SO HE USED SUNSHIN WITH A CLONE SO FAST THAT MINATO WHO WAS JUST A FEW CM AWAY FROM THE BOMB DIDN'T REACH IT BEFORE TOBIRAMA... WHO IN FACT WAS A LOT FURTHER, SINCE WE COULDN'T EVEN SEE HIM IN PREVIOUS PANELS...

(Any ways, Overall speed Minato > Tobirama, but i'm talking about Reaction speed and sunshin when tobirama is better)

if tobirama had such fastest sunshin then he would have never died because he never battled with person powerful such as pain or madara or even tobi , ....
after knowing many justsu and all along with sushin he would be like immortal like tobi but he died making hiruzeb as hokage
and he could have escaped with all (ie with hiruzen danzoo ,& other shinobi when they were pursued by power shinobi of misti or iron sorry for not remembering)

but when it came to minato all world know him because of sunshin(yellow flash even 9 tails knows him ) he perfected what tobirama had made like orochimaru perfected dead jutsu and naruto perfected rasen shuriken from rasengan.

if teleportation is considered then many shinobi knows teleporation.

I disagree. Tobirama has already stated his body flicker is not as good.

However his FTG is virtually equal (only difference being Minato has made more variations on its use).

Tobirama has superior reflexes.
