Let's be real here. If Madara Uchiha had become the second hokage, I bet you no other village or nation would've dare to go to war with the hidden leaf village. Oh another thing, if the Tobirama and Hiruzen had let the Uchiha clan to take part in the village's problems with other villages, again no other village or nation would've dare to go to war with the hidden leaf village. I honestly believe that if Tobirama wasn't Hashirama's brother, the village would've have look at him the same way they look at Madara. A scary looking person. This would've result in Tobirama NOT becoming the 2nd hokage! You know it the truth!

It would of been too late black zetsu had already gotten to him. tho if he was the first hokage and really considered konoha to be his family he would of stayed regardless of the stone and zetsu and protected them no matter what.

But I mean Hiruzen didn't really do many memorable things except seal Orochimaru's hands. I'll admit Tobirama was probably not the best fit for Hokage, but he accomplished more than Hiruzen
