I had made a theory that it was tobirama the one who had invted shawdow clones i should have posted it.


tobirama is obviously the one who invited all basic ninjustu in kohonha,that would explain how the 3rd hokage knew all ninjutsu in konoha that don't require KGs or doijusuts.

i know noone is going to believe me.

yes thank you,also i meant all ninjutsu that don't require unique powers that are in konoha were invented by second which gives prove 3rd hokage did master all ninjutsu in konoha since he was second's student

I meant it only uses chakra and isn't very complicated not how hard it is to perform and doesn't require special powers.
also i heard somewhere don't know if it's true but tsenju means clan of a thousand tecs so it could be possible that the senjus's where masters at basic tecs like shadow clones,tranformations,and other unspecial tecs
