I doubt it.Even before feats and before we got to see the extent of Tobirama power, we knew he had a S/T Ninjutsu, he created Edo Tensei, and he was the most powerful and skilled Water Release users in the history of the series.Not to mention, he was a Hokage.I don't know who was calling him fodder before this battle because to be honest, I don't remember anyone calling him fodder, but if some people did, those people are idiots.
