I love it, exactly how I wanted him to be. But I think people are takin him the wrong way. He is just honest, to the point and blunt. Doesn't mean there is malice behind his words, he just says it how it is.

He has a rough personality but he also has a big heart and is a great person. He valued his brother and village more than anything else, he tried to help the Uchiha but he knew they were dangerous and in the he didn't find the best way to handle them because they were difficult persons and people shouldn't blame him for that and compare him to Danzo neither(Danzo was completely different than Tobirama).

He doesn't have a bigger ego and I always thought of hashirama as a humble legend but the goofball aspect of his personality probably pissed off Madara.
