Tobirama will beat Madara

Most people think Tobirama is under the false impression that Madara is the exact same as he was in EMS state, but that ain't true. Tobirama is probably not that much weaker than Hashirama since they're brothers and he could probably hold his own against any opponent!
We also must realize that Tobirama is a god at sensory techniques- he could sense Madara all the way on the other side of the world! So, if Tobirama recognized Madara's power, he probably realized that he had rinnegan and mokuton... And if he knows these things and still believes he could defeat Madara with his own hands, he prolly could.

The current madara has mokuton and rinnegan. tobirama can sense madara's chakra....but how can he tell whether he has mokuton???? Or even rinnegan??? i can give an example...when sasuke was fighting danzo karin was constantly sensing both their chakra and locating them. Danzo had hashirama's dna as well....but did karin ever feel the presence of an alien chakra inside danzo??? I guess not!

tobirama cannot take down madara though. edo madara at the peak of his power is the same as ems madara. both his rinnegan and mokuton is weaker than his ems by tiers so if someone beats PS they beat madaras weaker techs by default. no one in this manga has ever gotten a powerup from techniques weaker than their full power.
