I seriously don't understand why Tobirama decided to make the Uchiha the Police clan..

Why I am stating this...

Reason: Seriously... The Hyuga clan can see from miles away and through objects not to mention that the can also see in the night as well as during daylight.

Why put Uchiha as policemen when you have Hyuga who can see through objects... Enemies at the gate ? Don't open the gates just call a Hyuga with Byakugan

To keep an eye on them and to make them think the village excepted them, I'm pretty sure it's stated somewhere that he did that a.) to put their base right outside the main village and b.) so they didn't seem so ostracized by the village, I could be wrong though

It's obviously an example to bold the fact that Hyuga clan was more appropriate for the police status because they could see from far away and through objects too. Idk why you didn't understand this.

Yeah, because strength feats defines how good a Hokage he is, not his acts as a leader. I mean, I obviously don't believe Tobirama is actually the best Hokage, but that's just a very dumb way to judge him as a political figure.

I would like to see more of Tobirama. Would be badass to see his attitude in a fight that concerns only him. A fight where he can plug in his emotions and fight like the beast he kinda shows to be.

You talk as if seeing quite a distance and through objects makes them more qualified. The Hyuuga as a whole were weaker than the Uchiha. Why would you have the Hyuuga as police when a young prodigy from the Uchiha runs the Anbu faction? And chances were that more Uchiha prodigies would emerge. You don't make any sense at all. You need strength, skill and intelligence to be a policeman; most of the Hyuugas probably had those qualities but not in the same class as the Uchiha's.​

He invented Edo tensei and also managed to kill Uchiha Izuna. But on the flip side he dies to 20 fodders. To be fair he's not that bad, but not that good either.​
