Why are so many people anti-tobirama now? All he wanted to do was to make sure no uchiha would become like madara and awaken the sharigan. Or ms for that matter. He just wanted what was right. He didn't know it would make madara leave and become evil. All he wanted to do was make sure he could control their hatred nothing else.

Tobirama didn't hate Uchiha's but he was taking precaution so as not to make another Madra out of them. He was doing it mainly for the safety of the village plus he was Hokage so he be must have acknowledged by the Uchiha's as well.

I have to give you credit becuase i can see how this can be the case, but i think there is a side which will always make him hate the uchiha's.

Well; Tobirama was not the nicest being around; but he tried to do what was right to him; i do not like extreme methods like Tobirama's; but he is not bad as people may think.

Tobirama died after only appointing Hiruzen Hokage, he did nothing ensuring that the others would become high up in the leadership of Konoha like they did. It had nothing to do with Tobirama.They got to where they were during Hiruzen's time as Hokage, and he appointed them because they were his former teammates. Small and weaker clan look upto strong clans so that they can have peace and are protected from dangers. Also Uchiha clan was famous for its brutal way so it was obvious clan in village look upto senju's clan for protection and trusted them more since the leader was trustworthy and capable.

But Hashirama made decisions based on his emotion as we have seen he was ready to kill himself to earn Madara's trust. So its obvious as younger brother and second most important person of the clan him to be more concerned about his brother and his village whom they have worked hard for.

Villagers also prefered Hashirama; so democracy was obligated; they have right to choose who would be their leader. And it is true he had right to be concerned; Tobirama was not too "bad"; maybe Hashirama was too optimistic; i would be concerned too if someone almost caused my sibling's death by saying he/she should kill himself/herself or me to gain trust.

True; in fact Tobirama tried to prevent conflicts in his own certain ways; some people just assume that he attempted to make a genocide.
