I'm a big fan of Tobirama, and time and time again I've defended him from people who claimed that he is ''racist'' or ''prejudice'' towards the Uchiha!.. But even though I defend him, somewhere deep down, I always thought there was a bit of truth to their argument.. Until recently when I discovered something, the Hyuga clan actually had their own ''quater'' in Konoha too.. Actually I've known this for a long time, but it didn't hit me until recently...
If they had their own place in Konoha too, how can you claim that Tobirama ''segregated'' the Uchihas?, would that mean the Hyugas were also discriminated and segregated?, and should have planned a coup d'etat also??.. If you take away this so called ''segregation'' which really isn't a segregation as stated above, then Tobirama didn't do much to the Uchihas, they had a special role in the village (granted it was so he could watch over them), but it's not like they were forced to do it. They had their own place in Konoha (but so did the Hyuga clan)...
So people blaming Tobirama for the Uchiha massacre or the war actually have no point at all.. The real ''discrimination'' didn't start until the attack on Konoha by the 9 tails which was caused by Obito, which once again Tobirama had nothing to do with.. You can say ''Madara this or Madara that'', but Madara was simply mad because he couldn't become Hokage, if not how do you justify Madara coming back to attack the village multiple times after he had already left? (that seems like someone who's just mad if you ask me)
If anything Hiruzen should be blamed for not handling the aftermath of the 9 tails attack and the Uchiha coup d'etat properly, or Hashirama for not killing off Madara (he had only one job for f*cks sake) not once but TWICE!.. Not much blame can go to Minato, it's not his fault for dying, but then again he should have realized that was his student Obito who attacked the village..
That being said, anyone else finds it hilarious that every single Hokage blamed themselves for their mistakes, and Tobirama was just like ''yeah y'all modafukkas messed up my good work''..lol
